Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

By placing an order, you agree that:

* You will be available to receive your package
* You will refrigerate the product immediately upon delivery

We are not responsible for spoilage due to:

* Delayed retrieval of the package
* Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
* Carrier delays outside of our control

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

* Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
* Delays caused by the carrier
* Packages left unattended

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:
